Thanks to community support, we were able to break ground on a safe, outdoor space for the young people in our community. Our Building Together Campaign must now urgently raise the funds necessary for the space’s mortgage.

The Building Together Campaign is a collaborative effort between River City Community Church and R CITY Community Development Center. Begun in the fall of 2015, River City Community Development Center (R CITY) exists to bring together the best of our city to build a path for families to walk from cradle to career to the glory of God. R CITY serves the West Humboldt Park community with Dreambuilders children’s programs, Peacebuilders junior high mentoring, Hopebuilders violence prevention, Citybuilders teen apprenticeships, Successbuilders scholarships, and Trustbuilders community events.
