JC (Jung Sun) Chang

Elder

JC Chang (she/her) has been part of River City since 2015, drawn to its commitment to reconciliation and biblical justice. She is a longtime friend and former board member of Breakthrough Urban Ministries. Professionally, JC has led teams in general management, strategic planning, and sales and operations at companies like Zillow.com, Cars.com, and Apartments.com. She also served as Director of Compassion Experiences at a church in San Jose, California, for three years. JC is honored to serve on River City’s Elder Board.
